Censor board might have allowed Mallika Sherawat and Himanshu Malik to engage into some hot-on-action smooches in their film ‘Khwahish’. They engaged into 17 such servicesand hold the record but if director Sudhir Mishra has his way he might just be able to make a new record with his upcoming film ‘Yeh Saali Zindagi’. The number would be something around 20 to 22 for the audience. The couple in question who would be engaging in the lip-action and all set to snatch Mallika Sherawat’s record is Aditi Rao and Arunodoy Singh. According to Mishra, the actors Aditi and Arunodoy portray a couple who quarrels a lot and kiss and make up. So it is evident that they would get into the action over a dozen of times. Well those who are not familiar with Aditi, she is the one who played Sonam Kapoor’s demure and quiet aunt in ‘Delhi 6’ and Arunodoy became famous with his hot bed action with Raima Sen in ‘Mirch’. Mishra also goes on to say that so far he had to do away with kisses in the film because his actors were not comfortable, but this time around Aditi and Arunodoy didn’t have any such inhibitions. But still now censor board has not passed the flick, and they have already some issues with the title of the film and one just have the nagging concern that whether they would allow so many lip-services in the film. However, Mishra is ready to give a fight if the board is up with an objection, he has already stated that the censor people should have a reality check and he just simply cannot show quivering of flowers instead on kisses on the screen

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who has been the brand ambassador of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards since their inception in 2000, will no longer perform the role – and the concept itself has been dropped. “Due to unexplainable reasons, after announcing the event, Mr. Bachchan couldn’t participate in the IIFA Weekend in Sri Lanka last year. Following this, IIFA aborted the concept of a Brand Ambassador,” Sabbas Joseph, director, Wizcraft entertainment that organizes the event, said in a statement. “Keeping in mind the huge respect that Wizcraft and IIFA have for Mr. Bachchan and the deep relationship that we’ve always shared, we are not having anyone replace Mr. Bachchan. “The Bachchan family has been an intrinsic part of IIFA every year, and in this regard we have already shared with them a proposal about their participation this year too. Mr Bachchan’s reason for non-participation is best known to him. IIFA and Mr.Bachchan are inseparable. We will continue to pursue his participation for this year too,” Joseph said. First he decided to sport a trimmed beard and new hairstyle in “Aarakshan” and now for “Boodha”, the Big B will dye his beard and hair into a flamboyant trendy colour! The colour is yet to be decided. According to insiders from the frantically-experimental unit, Big B would either sport a red-tinted beard and hair in the movie — which will be directed by Telugu maverick Puri Jagannath — or it could be various flamboyant colours. When contacted, Jagannath said: “That’s right. Bachchan sir is going totally psychedelic for his part in ‘Boodha’. You see, he plays a man who is 60 but believes he’s still 25. So he moves around dressed and made up like today’s youngster. And if anyone calls him a boodha (old man) he is livid. RK’s parents upset over Deepika, Sonam and most importantly…. Karan Johar
Last Sunday’s episode of Koffee With Karan featuring Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor is threatening to spoil the relations between the Kapoors and the host Karan Johar.
The two actresses, who have both been linked to Ranbir Kapoor, had gone overboard with their opinion on Ranbir which has in turn angered his parents and extended family like his aunt Rima Jain
Sonam’s comments:
She thought Ranbir to be unsexy, and that she had seen it all during the shooting of Saawariya when he dropped the towel for the infamous scene, and wasn’t interested anymore. She also complained about his fashion sense and that he badly needs a stylist. Not just that… She also admired Deepika for holding on to Kapoor for so long. She ended by saying that Ranbir is a terrible boyfriend and he can never stay faithful.
Deepika’s comments:
When asked what she’d like to give Ranbir Kapoor, she said: a box of condoms. Wonder what she was hinting at. When KJO asked her to rate him in sex appeal, she rated him last on her list. She also said that that if she woke up as RK someday, she’d go back to sleep. The former girlfriend also revealed that once, when RK was at KJO’s house, her ex was offered a glass of juice and a silk robe by his maid.
An industry source reveals, “Neetu was so mad when she heard what the two actresses had said she called up Karan and fired him for allowing that kind of talk on the show.”
Rishi Kapoor on the other hand couldn’t hide his hurt and anger.
Although he claims he hasn’t seen the show, he admits, “We definitely feel cheated and hurt. My wife and sister are in New York and they were very upset when they heard about the show. Neetu was very hurt and upset and she spoke to Karan about it. We didn’t expect this from him because Karan happens to be a close friend but he instigated both the girls to say all those things!”
A disturbed Rishi continues, “We’ve done so much for Karan… We have gone twice on his show. We even gave bytes for the show featuring Imran and Ranbir out of pure love for Karan.
In return, what does he do? Provoke guests on his show to get better TRPs? There’s no respect for relationships. Neetu and I go on his shows out of love for him. He gets paid for the show while we do it for love and affection. Karan shouldn’t do this to us or all the Kapoors will severe ties with him and not work with him.”
When pointed out that it wasn’t the host but Deepika and Sonam who poked fun at his laadla, Papa Kapoor says, “Well to put things in the right perspective, all I can say is that with both the girls it is a case of sour grapes. I have known Sonam’s father Anil for years.
All I will say to the girls is: in stead of doing all this concentrate on your careers. Why do you run shows that have so much gossip? I have done Koffee With Karan earlier with Neetu, my brothers and sister; there was great camaraderie and laughter on our show. We didn’t run anyone down. I don’t think you should encourage people to wash dirty linen in public. You will never see Ranbir running anyone down.”
